Thank you for shopping at Theertham. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on cancellations and refunds. The following terms apply to any products or food items you purchase from us via our website or ordering channels.

Words with an initial capital letter have meanings defined below. These definitions apply whether the term appears in singular or plural form.

Company
Refers to Theertham (also referred to as “the Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
Order
Refers to the food items offered for sale on the Service and purchased by you.
Service
Refers to the website and any online ordering features we provide.
Website
Refers to Theertham, accessible from www.theerthamthesouthcafe.com.
You
Refers to the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service.

Cancellation Policy

Orders placed on the website cannot be cancelled directly by the customer from the website once submitted. However, cancellations from the customer are accepted in the following limited situations:

  • If the customer mistakenly placed the wrong item;
  • If the customer accidentally placed the same order more than once (duplicate orders due to user error or technical issues).

In either of the above cases, you must notify Theertham within 5 minutes of placing the order. We recommend contacting us by phone (preferred) or by email and quoting your order number when requesting cancellation.

From the hotel / merchant side, Theertham may cancel an order if the requested product is not available for any reason. If this happens, we will notify you and return any payment you have already made.

If a cancellation is accepted by the hotel/merchant within the allowed time, we will refund or re-credit your debit/credit card for the full amount paid (this includes any initial delivery charge, where applicable).

Refunds may take up to two (2) weeks to process, depending on the payment method and the bank or payment provider’s processing times.

Return Policy

There are no returns accepted for orders that have already been delivered. If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please contact us immediately so we can review the issue and propose an appropriate remedy.
